Renting process

If you are looking for a specific type of property to rent then please contact us and arrange to come in and complete our lettings application form giving your personal details, current employer and details of your previous landlord.  We can then carry out a credit check using an independent referencing company.   We will then work to find you a suitable property to rent and accompany you to view our properties.

At Ashton Rose we take care of all the paperwork including the Tenancy Agreement Form and when we handover the keys to your rented property you know how the central heating system and any appliances work to make sure your moving in day runs as smoothly as possible.

At the start of every tenancy we collect a deposit normally equal to a minimum of six weeks rent, this is used if there is any damage to the property or contents.  Your deposit is registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and we issue a certificate.

You can move in to your rental property as soon as the references have been checked and a start date is agreed with the Landlord.
